What Are Anti-Wrinkle Injections?
Anti-wrinkle injections are a popular, non-surgical treatment designed to smooth fine lines and wrinkles, giving your skin a youthful and refreshed appearance. In some instances, other treatments may be more suitable and hence all anti-wrinkle treatments require a consultation prior to prescribing treatment.
How Do Anti-Wrinkle Injections Work?
Anti-wrinkle injections use a purified form of botulinum toxin to temporarily relax targeted facial muscles. By blocking the nerve signals that cause muscle contractions, these treatments smooth out wrinkles and prevent new lines from forming.

For the face, microneedling can help improve the appearance of fine lines, uneven texture, enlarged pores, pigmentation and acne scarring, leaving the skin looking smoother, fresher and more radiant. For the body, it can be used to target areas of uneven texture, stretch marks and other visible skin concerns. Microneedling can also be performed on the scalp as part of a hair-loss treatment, supporting a healthier scalp environment and helping to improve the appearance and condition of thinning hair.
Each treatment is individually tailored to your skin or scalp concerns, with mesoestetic® professional products selected to complement your treatment and support visible results.
A number of sessions are recommended to achieve optimal results- as a guide, I recommend a package of 3 micro needling sessions to begin, and a minimum of 5 sessions for scar/stretch mark treatments. We can discuss further at your consultation
